Several Saddle Rock students were recently celebrated for their accomplishments in the Stock Market Game:
In the InvestWrite nationwide essay competition, Vera Sun placed 1st in the state of New York in the elementary division.
Spring (Team) Session Results (1/20/26 - 4/17/2026) - Long Island Elementary Division (115 teams):
- 1st Place: Garrett Sun, Joey Hsu, and Landon Karunungan - $18,600 gain on a $100,000 portfolio
- 2nd Place: William Friedman, Harvey Hakimian, and Ryan Hakimi - $12,000 gain
Year-Long (Individual) Session Results (9/8/2025 - 4/17/2026) - Long Island Elementary Division (161 participants):
- 1st Place: Garrett Sun - $30,430 gain
- 2nd Place: Mila Sinelnikov - $28,115 gain
- 3rd Place: Ezra Barelli - $27,190 gain
